Our Return Policy

If you are having an issue with a purchase, please make sure you speak with us before filing a return.
Returns are something we all like to avoid, 95% of all problems can be solved by our talented Support Staff.

However, if you need to do a return, here are our return policies:

Your purchase is eligible for FULL REFUND within 14 days of purchase (excluding any shipping fees) if:

  • You purchased a Physical Package without a download option.
  • You have NOT OPENED (broken the seal) on your DVD Package
  • a signed Return Form is received.

Your purchase is eligible for EXCHANGE or CREDIT (- 25% restocking fee) within 14 days if:

  • You have purchased a Physical Package and you have not installed, activated or registered it yet.
  • You purchased a product with a DOWNLOAD Option and you have not installed, avtivated or registered it yet.
  • a signed Return Form is received.

DEFECTIVE Items may be returned for EXCHANGE, CREDIT or REFUND within 30 days if:

  • You have an OPENED Physical Package and it is returned to us without signs of wear.
  • Software has been uninstalled and/or deactivated from your computer.
    Note: Some downloaded software can not be deactivated and are non-refundable.
  • Defective items are require to be verified by our Support Staff before a return can be authorized.
  • a signed Return Form is received.

After 14 calendar days, we can ONLY offer an exchange or store credit for non-defective items. 

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped item, please contact Customer Support immediately.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. 

Items returned to us AFTER 14 days WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. 
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 


To Start a Return

  1. Download, sign and fill out our return form here (you can take a photo or scan your return form for easy upload)
  2. Go to your Account page and click on your Order History.
  3. Scroll down to the "Merchandise Return" Section and fill out the reason for your return.
  4. Select the items you are returning from your order
  5. Scroll down to the "Merchandise Return" section and type in the reason for your return
  6. Click the "Request Return" button. 

Be sure to email us a photo or scan of your signed return form and submit it through our contact us page
