Our Return Policy

If you are having an issue with a purchase, please make sure you speak with us before filing a return. Returns are something we all like to avoid. Maybe we can help you get this sorted out.

However, if you need to do a return, here are our return policies:

We accept returns for exchange or refund 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 14 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. 

UNOPENED Items may be returned for FULL REFUND (excluding any shipping fees) if:

  • Items are in Resellable, New condition, without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • Software has not been installed, or activated.
  • It is 14 days from the time you received your order.

OPENED or DOWNLOADED Items, may be returned for REFUND ONLY if:

  • Item is returned to us without signs of wear in any way.
  • Software has not been installed, or activated.
  • It is 14 days from the time you received your order.
  • a 20% restocking fee applies to all opened items.
  • a signed Return Form is received.

OPENED or DOWNLOADED Items, may be returned for EXCHANGE or CREDIT ONLY if:

  • Item is returned to us without signs of wear in any way.
  • Software has been uninstalled and deactivated from your computer.
    Note: Some products, like AutoCAD can not be deactivated and is not refundable.
  • It is 30 days from the time you received your order.
  • a signed Return Form is received.

DEFECTIVE Items may be returned for EXCHANGE or REFUND if:

  • Item packaging is without signs of wear in any way.
  •    
  • It is 30 days from the time you received your order.
  •    
  • Our Tech Staff have verified that the problem can not be resolved.
  •    
  • a signed Return Form is received.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped item, please contact Customer Support immediately.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. 

Items returned to us AFTER 14 days WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. 
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 


To Start a Return

  1. Download, sign and fill out our return form here (you can take a photo or scan your return form for easy upload)
  2. Go to your Account page and click on your Order History.
  3. Scroll down to the "Merchandise Return" Section and fill out the reason for your return.
  4. Select the items you are returning from your order
  5. Scroll down to the "Merchandise Return" section and type in the reason for your return
  6. Click the "Request Return" button.
